Boys and Girls in grades 6-8 complete separately, starting in early September and ending around October 28th. Most matches are on Saturdays.

Practice begins at the end of August.

It is a 1.8 mile run.

Where: RI School for the Deaf. Hawkins St. Providence RI

When: One day per week Mondays or Wednesdays beginning the first week in September to the third week in October for a total of 7 meets.

Time: 5:00- approximately 6:30. Be there half hour early to stretch.

Practices: Usually one to two times per week beginning in August ending the third week of October.

Uniforms: Provided, but must be returned at the end of the season.

Fees: $20.00

Open to students in grades 4-8. The season begins in November and ands in early March. Practice starts in October (usually one night per week), with one or two games on the weekend.

Uniforms: Provided, but must be returned at the end of the season.

Fees: $85.00

The CAL cheerleaders cheer for the CAL basketball teams. Registration for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade cheerleaders is on a first come first serve basis to fill a minimum of 10 and a maximum team of 20. As with any team there is a commitment:

Practices will be 1-2 times per week.

Games will be 1-2 times per week beginning mid November and continue until the end of March.

There may be some tournaments and competitions. There may be extra fees associated with these events.

Uniforms will be provided and must be returned cleaned and pressed at the end of the season. Uniforms not returned are assessed a $100.00

Open to students in grades 1-3. Games are held Thursdays, 5:30pm to 7pm. Starts in November and runs though February. Games take place in the church hall.

Fees: $50.00

Soccer is open to students in grades 4-8. The season begins in April and ends in May. There is one practice and game per week.

Please be aware that there may be a scheduling conflict if you play both soccer and volleyball.

Co-ed Volleyball Season: Ten match schedule from April till May (inclusive of playoffs). Blue (Grade 6-8) division will have two games per week possibly either Tuesday or Wednesday and Saturday. Green (14-19 year old) division will probably play one day per week on Sundays.  Practices will be 1-2 times per week beginning in March.
